      • Our Truck Delivery service provides for a “curbside delivery” where a freight carrier in a large truck will deliver your order to the first point of entry to your house, or on a ground-level patio.
    • What to Expect:
      • After your items have shipped from our warehouse, they will be delivered to a Destination Terminal nearest your location (5-7 business days, post shipment). You will be contacted within 24 hours of product arrival at Destination Terminal by our truck delivery partner (Home Delivery Service) via the phone number you provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
      • To avoid delays in shipments, make sure the contact information you’ve provided at checkout is accurate and you answer your phone when they call. Contact us if you need to make any changes at contactus@hanover-products.com or 877-397-5144.
      • On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery.
      • Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture. o Once the delivery arrives, you will be responsible for arranging to have the merchandise moved into your house, garage, or any stairs of your deck.
